PHRF Yachts Entry is open to all yachts with a valid 2024 PHRF of Eastern Long Island certificate. Temporary PHRF of Eastern Long Island rating certificates can be obtained for the event. One-Design Yachts Entry is open to all classes with a minimum of three entries unless otherwise approved by the OA, and to any classes invited by the OA.
